deceptive business
This company does deceptive business and misrepresent their services. That way these people cheat their customers. I wasted my money with them - I paid for their services which were never provided. I will never recommend this company to anyone!

Fraudulent practices
Like many of the posts online, I was fooled by their pitch of offering exclusive, screened commercial loan leads. After turning down their initial special deal, the SVP of Business Development contacted me to offer me a half price deal because another member had fallen ill and wanted to sell out. I had to wire the funds the next day, $1,750, which I did. After initial set up I began to try to access the leads when I got their computer generated notification. They mysteriously weren't there. I called the rep and he told me that the policy stated that I needed to respond promptly. I asked him what that meant and he couldn't explain, just telling me to respond promptly. I should have known then something was amiss. Well, I hovered over the time when they released the leads and finally captured 13. That took some doing, since many times I would log in within 2 minutes of receiving the notice and the lead was gone. Again, no explanation from them, it was a mystery.
Of those retrieved, 7 were unresponsive, 2 were already working with other lenders before I called, 2 were tired of all the calls they were receiving, 1 was no longer seeking financing and the last one I spoke with was another broker who really didn't need any financing. Not exactly as promised. When I've asked for an explanation, the rep just cited the stats as evidence that they'd performed their duty to me, not even trying to answer my queries about the useless, poor quality leads that they had provided. He refuses to pick up the phone and now says that he won't keep going back and forth with me. They are in the purest form, a scam. Since its interstate, funds were wired and they solicited me, I'm quite certain they've violated federal laws, much less the usual state laws. After reading through the various posts, they're very good at deflecting the real issues by citing the same old statistics as proof of performance. Perhaps others who've received the same treatment would like to chime in and perhaps join together to stop these guys from ripping anyone else off.
