automatic billing
I was suppose to received this but I did not received nothing in the mail. I contact the phone number that was given and the lady on the phone told me she could not refund my money and I told her I want to stop any future payment of purschases. She told me that I would not be charged anymore. But unforunately, I never did received my refund or my purschased after 14 days, and I was again charged for the second month of supplie which I had demanded to not received. I had to contact my bank and the banker sent a report about this problem and I also told the banker to cancel my bank account. Now my bank account is closed and I am going to receive my new bank card next week, hopefully. I just wish that the lady doing the customer services would have not allow the charges to keep on going.

false shipping advertising
If you google colothin, it will direct you to a promotion that is good for 14 days and you only pay $2.79, but when I go to order it says $4.79.... which one is it? CONFUSED

Billed erroronesly
I ordered a "FREE" trial offer and with in 4 days was billed for a month supply which I didn't authorize. It stated this was a 45 day free supply. Just pay postage . Then immediately charged me 79.95 for a new 45 day supply. What recourse do we as consumers have ?
