Misrepresntation of Services Offered and Costs for Service
I am having problems with COLLECTIVE, they refuse to give me the copy of contract, machine do not work and spend a lot of time on the phone to reset the machine. Our agreement was to make the deposit in my account when I do the settlement( close the batch), but they make the deposit every day, so, I have to pay to the bank every day, not when I do close the batch. Now they said it was a misunderstanding on their behalf when promised that, and, now, they can't do anything, (to deposit the sales when I want). So, they make everyday deposit to pay to the bank more. I want to cancel the agreement, and they threaten me, that I have to pay a lot of cancelation fees. Also, if I cancel, the leasing company want me to pay the fee for all 5 years in full. It is anyway to get out from this agreement with COLLECTIVE?
