when i purchased coca cola product which is coke litro, and then i am not expecting a very disastrous happening in my family, i was shock at that time when i saw a mosquito coil in the product! sad to say, my brother drunk a glass of coke until we found out the coil, and because of that we wanted to know coca cola inc. to resolve this kind of problem and defect to their product, what if my brother will have disease because he drink the coke!?

why is it that your coca-cola representative here in tanjay city negros oriental is giving refrigerator, tables and chairs to some store which selling liquor instead of coca-cola products, since we are requesting only cooler and a set of table and chair...they just told us no stock available...it took almost a year since we ask the said request...now we found out that they are giving complete stuff to a newly opened cake-house just this month...it is so unfair for us who are selling your products but we cannot avail privilege from you...we just wonder why do they allow...thanx from concerned store owner

I have been a dealer and stopped because of incompetence of coco cola workers. Now I am holding only one truck as I sold the other truck due to my frustration. I hauled and other trucking company collected the money due for me. That's how this company worked. No one wants to take responsibility. Very incompetent. I resumed hauling after getting discouraged because my wife keeps on encouraging me to haul back for Coca Cola. Believe me, for the past 4 months, we have only been recently paid for 58 thousand pesos. I am finishing my contract or sell my last truck. Very frustrating! Also they pay the lowest and will not increase even if the diesel has already increased for several weeks. I feel trapped and wondered what kind of management this company has. It seems like its officials are not concern of their dealers and haulers. I am referring to Cagayan De Oro Plant. Its logistics and finance do not agree and work harmoniously. Haulers were made like volleyballs though they worked hard to earn a decent earning. Coke made it so hard for us. I wonder if the people in the higher position knew these or they share the same system. Very very frustrating!

Corruption

To all of those who have been a victim of Coca Cola employees incompetent behaviour causing troubles and losses to the business: to the company or to your business with Coca Cola as a Dealer, pls access this Atlanta website to file a complaints. If you have to contend with in the company, nothing will happen because the company today is ran by a bunch of CROCS!

Clarification

I own a small sari-sari store here at Molino IV, Bacoor, Cavite and would like to make clarification regarding your mismo products.
I have been buying mismo products (Coke, Sprite, & Royal) 1 dozen pack each roughly every month. Last November 11, 2016, I bought a pack each of Coke and Sprite from Emilu’s, a local store located along Molino Road. However, last November 30, I discovered to my dismay that these items have expiration date of November 29, 2016. From my talk with Emilu’s staff, I learned that they are given by their Coke agent only three weeks before the products expire, else, they sell them at buy-one-take-one or other scheme in order to dispose of them by expiration date. This means I could not return nor replace!
I may be wrong in my understanding but I would like to know if your products have such very short shelf life based on my experience with the above store. What is my protection against spoilage of products after keeping them on stock for availability to my customers? Do I have a reason to complain for not being able to return spoiled products? How can I be assured of good quality Coke products if your distributor (either Emilu’s and its Coke agent) have this kind of arrangement?

White Particle in a 1 Liter Bottle of Coke

I would like to raise a complaint regarding the coke products delivered in our store yesterday. I saw a white particle inside the bottle and it looks disgusting. This can affect the coca cola company’s reputation if you will take this issue for granted. I still have the unopened bottle.
