CLV Group doesn't care
My close friend actually lives in a building that is managed by CLV Group and she is really disappointed. The appartment wasn't even cleaned and ready for her to move in. These guys won't fix anything as well. Beware and don't have anything to do with CLV Group!

Lack of Integrity
It's unfortunate that the CVL Group only sees people as money machines and don't care about how tenants have to live with extreme poor quality of living. They lie to your face about what the tenant will get (Don't be fooled by the ads because you don't get near to living anything like they want you to believe, It's like living in hell). They have violated everything in the book including not responding to complaints in a timely way and invade your privacy by coming in your apartment without permission or constantly giving notices for just looking around. There is nothing but noise and I'm afraid one day the ceiling will burst open because you can actually hear the pipes when in use and it's loud. There is always construction but fixing cosmetic items not anything that is actually meaningful like providing heat. There is never proper heat supply and there is no shelter from the frigid conditions. It's pathetic how they can dodge complaints without really facing legal penalties. Potential renters should not think about living under CLV Management and all tenants residing should just pick up and go. Eventually they will learn how to treat people or scarily just open under a new business title. Interesting how they can afford to find the money to hire lawyers to work against you instead of just fixing issues when they are small.
