Product undeliverd and Customer care asked personal bank details

I purchased the product in " club factor" and made online payment , They didn't deliver the product nor refund the amount. The "Delhivery" return the product to the club factory.

There is no option to request for " Reorder" or "Refund" in club factory App.

I got customer care number as 9178086032 from website "https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.club-factory.com". He started asking me on the order number and Card details for Refund. He started asking "CVV" number also.

I have given him Card number, Validity and I told him he is not supposed to ask CVV number then he told this is the process they are following in Club factory.


This is the fraud website. They ask personal details like "Card number,validity,CVV number" .

Please be aware of number " 9178086032" and never ever purchase anything from "Club factory"
