PC damaged, Serial Number lost

I bought a Nero 2016 Platinum & Music Recorder license for Nero Platinum. The software was installed online by Vendor. PC has ruined and after repair Nero 2016 Platinum & Music Recorder is no longer working. I do not have the Serial Number or the email address of the vendor. What to do to restart my software. Who gives me the Serial Number for the ware which I have bought and I cannot restart? CLEVERBRIDGE AG, commercial intermediary can help me? I would like a reply to my email address.
