Abusive treatment, unprofessional
Patricia, let Cindy know how you were treated and how upset that made you feel as a customer and how you cried and do refuse to deal wth Lisa again. Also contact their corporate office and tell them of your poor, unprofessional treatment at Lisa's hands. You may get a late Christmas present and soon find her gone or endowed with a miraculous attitude adjustment.

OH Patricia:
Thats how all the staff from CitiFinancial work the ones that were being nice to you were tricking you these are not nice people. When you take out a loan with CitiFinancial you make a life long committment to stay with them, they trick you into renewing. Since your out of work maybe see if you can get legal aid and go for settlement with them so you can get away with them, next they will be wanting you to give them all of your old age security. You can't win against SCUM and thats just what they all are.
