Incorrect Authentication Question-refund the charges
Service Request Number 1798011
I used my credit card to buy CIBIL credit score online.The steps required authentication questions to be answered & Post that the report was supposed to be released.The first shock,the questions were related to Phone No details & passport no.Which never belonged to me.So the authentication failed ,however a Charge of Rs 470 was deducted from my card.I recieved an email from CIBIL to upload the verification document to the provided link.I tried doing that ,however I not sure whether CIBIL has correct information about me.
Therefore I decided to cancel my request & asked for refund.This episode began on 24 April 2013.
Till yesterday,I have already sent 3 emails to CIBIL([email protected]).But they dont respond or acknowledge.
I also tried calling their no- but no one answers,except never ending IVR message.
CIBIL--do you have humans working in your company or Vultures ,who sitting to snatch money out of skin.

Dear Sir/Maam,
I dont intend to proceed & dont want to upload documents.Hence I am not buying your services.
I was looking for an instant report ,by clearing the authentication.The Authentication list has fake questions.
So therefore ,I politely request you to cancel my request & refund my money.
