Purchased illegitimate flight itinerary from Cheapoair.com
Dear Sir, we have been in touch with you to discuss this. You did tell us that you did read over the terms and conditions and understood them when you purchased the tickets. Under the terms and conditions it does state that the person purchasing the tickets are responsible for all travel documents needed. Therefore the information was provided so not sure why it was missed. We are working this out with you and have submitted a refund request from the airline to help with the added expense. Other compensation is also being considered. We are very sorry for your families inconvenience.

Dear Sir, we have been in contact with you to discuss this concern. During our conversation you did tell us that you did read over the terms and conditions prior to your purchase. Under those terms and conditions it does clearly mention that customers are responsible for obtaining proper citizenship documents for the travel they have booked. So not sure how this information was missed. We have requested the airline to refund the original airline ticket to help with the added expense. CheapOair.com is also reviewing other compensation as well. We are very sorry for your families inconvenience, and will work to reach a satisfactory resolution with you.
