cancel credit card is the best way to stop them. without a credit card they can not charge you. if you receive threats from the collection call your credit card company and see what they tell you. an operator told me to report it to the credit card company and do not pay for it. they just say that to lure you to pay for it. the reason why they would threat you is because they notice the card can not be charged. you can also try disputing the charge. tell them what happened, the more information you have the better chance of you have to get the refund back. double check with the credit card company. if you used debit you can call the company if you used credit they will probably give you another number to call for credit problems. for example i called east west since i used credit they gave me another number for credit problems (this number was for debit) then i called the number they gave me and i was able to get help from them. the company told me to cancel it is the best, if you prefer not to then dispute the charge. again more info the better give them dates they called, billing info, names, and anything you have related to the case. i hope this helps. i was able to "cancel" but hopefully they still do not charge. again once you give them your number then they can still charge you. that's why it is best to cancel your card.

subscription fraud
Just had the most frustrating phone of my entire life with Grant Services...the company they send you to after you email them (OH i had to EMAIL because there phone is disconnected!!!) turns out you can't cancel your subscription until AFTER you have paid the 980 dollars! SERIOUSLY!?!?!!??!!?!?! SOOO i can pay them the 980 dollars and then they can magically tell the other company from which they purchase the magazine for you that they don't need them any more...EFF CENCO!!!
