Not being honest
All of these reviews I agree with. Their customer service stinks, they do not list a phone number and once you find it online you call customer service and once it answers you can hold forever and eventually after 20 minutes or so it goes to voice mail to leave a message. They promise call back but that never happens. Only way to communicate is via email which I did concerning a Samsung Galaxy Light cell phone case. They finally told me to return it and sent me a RMA number for the return. Finally after 3 more emails and many days my credit card was credited. In the last email they told me that my credit card was credited in full and they were sorry and I DID NOT NEED TO RETURN THE ITEM. At his point I became upset in that they sent me RMA number before they would give me credit to return the items. I paid $2.50 to return the light weight cell phone cover. I think they charged be six or eight dollars originally for freight, ridiculous. I asked for this back and they would not give me the refund of the return postage and told me I did not have to return the item. Keep in mind, I finally got the credit 3 weeks after my original complaint and I was furnished RMA number to return the incorrect item. This is no way to do business; to tell a customer originally have to return an item and then 3 weeks later that I did not need to return the item even though I was sent RMA number. Terrible business practice and will never order from them again.
