Disreputable company - avoid them at all cost!
Very poor company to deal with. I ordered a bluetooth phone speaker and it only worked for a very short time. Customer service sucks and I really feel taken! Please learn from my mistake.

Disreputable company - avoid them at all cost!
I placed an order for a cell phone battery and received it within 1.5 week. I was very disappointed due to wait factor and ultimately, the merchandise was damaged.

fraudulent company, sold me damaged phone, no refund
Buyer, beware! There is many negative reviews about this company, read them before buying. I made I huge mistake when I bought from them a cellphone. I received damaged phone, and they promised me to make an exchange but I never received from them another phone.
Stay away from these scammers!

Never received the cell hone charger I ordered
FRAUDULENT COMPANY, DISREPUTABLE, A SCAM, DON"T EVER ORDER FROM THEM!!
I contacted them a few times when the charger I ordered didn't come as promised. I waited over two weeks but never received anything!! I requested a refund but was told to wait longer until they considered the package lost. This is absurd and ridiculous!!! Lesson learned. Only order from companies you know. I will do anything to expose them, I want them shut down. #DISGUSTED

cellphoneshop.net is a scam
Their 7-10 days delivery is a scam. They themselves are a fraud. I placed an order and never received anything. Not even a tracking number. I sent e-mails to them but their answer was the same all the time - shipped from our overseas factory. Never order from these guys you'll never receive anything!

Won't refund me the money
My phone batter did not arrive yet, and it has been almost three weeks now. I have been patient enough, because it should have arrived within 7 business days. I have called the customer service and they told me to wait even longer, and did not offer any refund!

Never Received Item or Refund!!!
I ordered a cellphone from this company over a month ago and NEVER got it! I waited on hold for over 18 minutes on a 19 min 27 sec call before anyone ever came to the phone..then I was on with an actual person for the remainder of that call. When they did come to the phone..they were rude, unhelpful, and kept talking over me and making excuses in order to avoid the subject at hand. Then I was hung up on abruptly after a quick "thank you". I now am out $50.00 plus with nothing but an email telling me to continue to wait for it's arrival..and just like everyone else says, that's all you'll get. When you call the "Customer Care" line, it's a recorded message of a woman's voice with a misleading American accent, the company is in China, and the phone representatives are from India. ABSOLUTELY AVOID DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! It is not worth the extremely far and few in between "GOOD" reviews you look up on any given review site for these people! Heed this warning! Don't throw your money away. I ended up shopping on eBay with a GREEN Recellular company located in Michigan, and received 2 used/ MINT condition Blackberry Curve 8320's for just over $100 and change in less than a week. These phones look and behave like I just took them out of the box. The phone I was trying to buy from these CellPhoneShop bafoons was a no name blackberry replica, and cost me $50 and change and a lot of headaches.

stay away from them!
Purchased Samsung Galaxy II from this company and received samsung Galaxy III instead. I thought it was a mistake and contacted them but they didn't agree for an exchange and acted like it is not their problem. This I call really poor service. beware and stay away from this company!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! Their products are faulty and do not work! The iPhone that I purchased could not even turn on! scam scam scam!

Cellphoneshop.net WAS A GOOD PLACE
I disagree,
Cellphoneshop.net was a very good company. I was able to buy parts and accessories for my cell phones at ridicule prices. ATT is the thief, a cover for a samsung 4 is 25 dollars in att, it was 7 dollars at this shop.
Unfortunately for bad comment like the ones in this page the company is now closed. So for all those complainers, go now and pay the ATT prices or if you even want to pay more for the same crap go to Macys or any UP-scale shop and bent over and enjoy the ride.... if you got any defective merchandise, why you did not returned instead of being crying for couple of dollars, why you did not not ordered another one.... you could buy 5 of anything and still getting ahead to the re-putable rats prices, that by the way buy the same products from china or india. Enjoy the raid. morons.
