I was sent 2 cellphones only wanted 1. I tried to send one back finally they emailed with to print return slip. I finally.
I was jerked around so I canceled service and wanted another return slip. I sent this stupid email ticket to leave them, say it takes 24 to 48 hours to hear from them, tired of waiting so I made a complaint with Attorney General of my state and Better Business Bureau.
I still haven't got anything from FreedomPop. They are good at charging me for what I don't when I canceled service
