Inept Ponzie Scam

This company is about as bad as it gets, what a mistake to give them even 1 dime. Began contacting them early Aug. 2015 to withdraw funds to pay for my sons college tuition. Called them the other day after sending many emails with no response and the woman tells me it will take 2 months to process the 3 documents I had emailed weeks before. I said "what process, do you mail them off to the Senate and wait for Royal assent"? Just rubber stamp the dam papers and put the cheque in the mail, its not rocket science. The government should shut these idiots down and put the funds into the hands of a trustee, pay out all the $$ and tell people to start over on there own!
