fraudulent company
Don't buy exotic fruits from this company! They will never deliver your order and never give you a refund! This happened to me I just lost my time and money with them!
Avoid this company!

I purchased fruits from their website several times! For the first time everything was ok, but later they overcharged my card and send me wrong purchase and once they charged me and send me nothing.
They didn't make a refund for me and simply ignored all my calls and mails.
Beware and better stay away from them!

It's a scam!
Their phone number listed is not real, and they won't respond to your emails! THIS after I was charged for an order I never received! It's been two months since I placed my order. I never got my fruit! Someone named "Nerry Pathak" was going to supposedly "check with the shipping department", as stated through email, but that was a month ago; I have emailed this apparently bogus company several times since with no response! Their site looks professional and legit, but don't be fooled!

Wow, I read the above complaints and particularly the complaints from Ncee and Rivechamois and noted that's exactly what happened to me with this scam website. For the first two times, they shipped the products and then the third time, they never shipped the products. I wrote email asked for status on shipment and got out of office emails and then finally told me to check with Nerry Pathak (whom is referred as the brother of the owner of the site: Anshu Pathak) who in turn said to check with the shipping manager in a separate email. Needless to say emails went back and forth twice and after that they never bothered to respond to my inquiries nor issued any refund at my request. They charged me US$45.00 and I never the receive the money nor the products. PLEASE BE ABSOLUTELY AWARE OF THIS COMPANY - I AM SO SURPRISED TO THAT FOR A SCAM ON- LINE OPERATION LIKE THAT, THE SITE IS NOT CLOSED DOWN. THE TESTIMONIALS ARE EITHER FAKE OR THE PEOPLE ARE BEING FOOLED IN THINKING THAT THEY ARE A LEGITIMATE COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. IT SHOULD BE A WARNING THAT TROPICAL FRUIT CANNOT BE ORDERED AT ANY TIME DURING THE YEAR (REGARDLESS OF WHERE THEY COME FROM, THEY USUALLY ARE ONLY AVAILABLE DURING CERTAIN SEASON) AND THIS COMPANY PROVIDES FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND TAKE YOUR MONEY BEFORE SHIPPING OUT PRODUCTS.

Terrible product quality - and delivery failure
Buyexoticfruits.com did not deliver anything, but after many emails and calls, I reached a man who said he was the owner. He said he would ship very very soon. In fact a few days later old fruit arrived - dried out, with bugs living inside and some rotten. Great deal!! Avoid them - they will take your money and not give a refund (I requested my money back - which is why they shipped me rotten fruit). They do not appear to have any decent product - nothing I could detect.

I finally fell for a scam. I am usually vigilent and cautious. In the case of buyexoticfruit.com, it is a superbly designed and flawlessly executed scam. I ordered Custard Apples also known as Cherimoyas. My debit card was immediately charged and I received a bogus email with missing shipment tracking information. I attempted to reach the company by telephone and electronic mail to no avail. The website is beautifully designed and replete with impecable color images of all kinds of exotic fruits. I must admit that I am actually impressed that someone was able to pull this scam off. I am out $102.58. Live and learn.

buyexotictropicalfruits.com and NERRY PATHAK are lacking integrity
Two months ago I ordered FRESH EXOTIC FRUIT from an online store at 24HourBestBuy.com. My payment was made to a NERRY B. PATHAK, in California.
I recently tried to contact the store to determine the status of my order, and the email address was not valid.
I searched the internet and found a NEW website selling the same fruits and it was designed exactly the the same as 24HourBestBuy.com. This new website, created a month ago, is called buyexotictropicalfruits.com, registered in Australia to NERRY B. PATHAK, in California.
I sent an email to the current site's Contact Us link at: [email protected], again requesting status of my order. I merely received an auto-response reply that totally ignored my email request.
I guess you may understand my insecurity about my order, and questions I have concerning the integrity of this business.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!
Every review states the exact same experience I am going through. Ordered fruit several weeks ago and have not received anything. I have also made multiple attempts to contact the company. Several emails and probably over 100 phone calls and still no response. I once had a person answer the phone, who I could barely understand, and tell me the fruit will be shipping next week. Nothing has shown up. I wish I would have done more research before ordering. I could care less about the $85 they took from me. They now have my personal information I'm more concerned about. Even if I soon receive the fruit, I am still skeptical of where it came from and the quality now. I will pursue filing a BBB claim and start legal investigation immediately. This is not a legit company. The website buyexoticfruits.com is absolutely full of shit. Buyer beware.
