Bad quality products!

I bought myself a camera using the services of buydig.com - at first everything seemed to be really good. The camera looked great - with no scratches, or something like that. But after i noticed there was a problem with this little thing where you put the battery. I contacted buydig.com but they said they can't help me! But it can't be true, because i had a one year warranty for the camera! This is not OK! I would never deal with these guys again!
