False advertisng

On 12 Dec, 2011 i went online to book ticket for my wife and son to Bangkok, i was so dissapointed with the online services, it always have error. Until the 14 Dec, 2011 i still can get in to buy my ticket. I think Airasia is budget until their services also become budget.
Please look into this matter as me and my family are your frequent customer.
