Telephone problem not resolved
since 9 months i am facing problem of frequent phone dead(040-23042585), and cross talk. But till now problem not solved

Dear Sir, I amDr.B.Narsimha Reddy from Texas, U.S.A.My father a retired Police Officer residing in India has been using BSNL Phone No: 040-23607383 since so many years. Many times it wont be working. Inspite of repeated complaints nobody bothers to look into complaint. I do not know what to do.He says this phone is easy to handle as his hands are weak to handle cell phone. He says he is comfortable with BSNL phone.Only god should help our telephone department.
