Removed a healthy tooth
I took my 10 y/o daughter to Bright Now Dental clinic, because of a tooth ache she was complaining about. The Dr. at the clinic took a look at the tooth and said that there is tooth decay, and it is very bad. He decided that the tooth should be removed. I was very surprised that a 10 y/o child can have such bad decay, but since she was in so much pain, I thought that it is better to leave it to the Dr.
The tooth was gone, but the ache remained. We were assured that it will calm down after a little while. However, it didn't. I took her to another clinic and the Dr. there said that the tooth that is aching is still there and it can be cured.
The Dr. at Bright Now Dental removed a perfectly healthy tooth! I am going to sue this clinic until they are shut down!

Wanted too much money
I have been on a consultation at the Bright Now Dental clinic. I wanted to find out about a tooth implant, since I don't have a tooth and it is hard to chew the food sometimes. They name me a really high price, I was quite shocked. I went to another dental clinic, where they told me that it would cost much less, and when I told them where I've been before them, they said that they already heard of such cases, that Bright Now Dental have been ripping people off for their services.
So don't go there! Bad place!
