never got the services

These guys are scammers! They have signed up my children a few years ago and they qualified for the services. A few months later they were supposed to start receiving tutoring but I got no call or letter from them. They have never contacted me. I tried to contact them hundred times to no avail. I had to file a complaint to the government because these guys actually received the money for my children but never provided the services. Beware!
