Unauthorized charge

I have been a loyal member of a BMC Crafters Choice for years until a few days ago I saw an unauthorized charge on me credit card report. BMC Crafters Choice charged me for about $50 for nothing. I called my bank and they gave me the phone number that went with the withdrawal. This phone number was fake and I can't find any other company's number to call them. My emails have been ignored.
