useless vouchers

Blue Dolphin Magazines is a scam! I received $10 coupon from them but when I tried to use it company didn't accept it and never made a discount. I contacted them about this c=problem but never received any adequate support service. After such experience I will never recommend this company to anyone. Absolutely dishonest!

BEWARE

Blue Dolphin magazines sent me emails almost weekly advertising magazine subscriptions for $2.00. All the ad said was that I could order any of the listed magazines for $2 per subscription. I kept ordering because that was a great deal. Then within a month or two I got notification that unless I cancelled my subscription by a certain date (like 2 weeks away) I would not only be charged for the regular price of the subscription but also an additional $1.99 charge for Blue Dolphin. When I questioned why I was getting billed for another subscription only a month or 2 after I had subscribed I received an email telling me that I had abused the $2 subscriptions and that it was only for first time subscribers. They also said they were cancelling one of my subscriptions. I went back to ALL the special subscriptions they have sent me and it does not say anything about first time subscribers. I question why they would keep sending me this offer if I had subscribed to magazines from them already. Obviously I was not a first time subscriber. I would not recommend ordering magazines through their company because they seem to make up rules as they go along. Also, why would you want to pay them a fee in addition to the regular price of the magazine subscription. This is not a company I will do business with again.96506

$30.00 playboy subscription/ blue dolphin magazines

Have a Playboy magazine through blue dolphin magazines. Recieved it in my email. Have ordered 10 different magazines. Blue dolphin just contacted my email, saying by June 26 they will charge me $30.00 for a Playboy magazine renewal, autorenewal, which was never agreed to by myself. Have only received 2 playboy magazines, from a 12 month subscription for $2.00.
How in any way is this legal ? Did not agree to auto anything with Blue Dolphin Magazine company. Such a Scam .

They stopped delivery a few mags in...thieves

I ordered the $2 subscriptions through my ADP app that my work provides. All is good. I started receiving my mags and was happy and surprised that this amazing deal was actually legit. I received a notification email saying that I would be charged full price when the subs were renewed and that I would need to cancel my subscriptions before this happened if I didn't want to continue with it. I immediately went on my account with them and did so. Now my mags have stopped showing up. WTF? I contacted them and they said that I cancelled my orders and they won't give a refund. I responded back saying that I didn't want a refund I just wanted the subs I already paid for and not to continue after that. They then told me that the cancellation was irreversible and to paraphrase that I'm supposed s.o.l.! These are actions of straight up thieves! Any reputable company would want to make their customers happy and comfortable with the transactions even if no further business is to happen. THIEVES!

SCAM SCAM SCAM

BEWARE! This company is a scam and I partly blame Groupon and will never order from them again either. I ordered AutoWeek for my husband for Xmas for $10 through Groupon paid and then while still on Groupon an advertisement came up that said pick 5 magazine to try for $2. I thought wow cool (foolish) but I trusted Groupon and thought I'd try it. I picked 5 and that was it. I got the magazines and didn't read them really, because 5 is just too many anyway. I admit I would get an issue here and there over the next couple months definitely not every month and thought well if they are just charging me $2 I guess ok. Well today I got an email from my credit card company because of possible fraudulent activity. Low and behold I looked at my purchases and there was approximately $150 in magazine subscription charges WTF! My credit card advised me to contact them first before filing a complaint. It's Saturday so Monday Blue Dolphin will definitely be hearing from me. As far as Groupon is concerned. I tried to contact them twice by "chat now" and the overseas company couldn't understand English (surprise) and told me to email them and I would hear back within a few hours (website directions) because Mr. Overseas couldn't even communicate what I had to do. Didn't hear back of course but low and behold I got a email asking how my problem was handled by Mr. Overseas. AAAHHH not well morons. They said thank you for your input. I want them to input my $150 back into my account. NEVER BLUE DOLPHIN AND NEVER GROUPON!

Scam and they need to be reported to Better Business Bureau

I had ordered a Groupon awhile ago to get a 12 month subscription for my son for Highlights magazine and when I purchased the Groupon it was a special for the year and then if you want to renew it said they would contact me or send a bill. So yesterday low and behold there is a $49.99 charge on my account I never authorized or agreed to. I looked online at their website and no phone number for the company whatsoever-Emailed the customer support email and still no response 24 hours later, I called Highlights customer a service and they tell me I have to deal with Blue Dophin directly, they give me a phone number for Blue Dolphins customer service-I call and guess what? I get an automated message referring all account issues to that email address!! Seriously? You want to rip people off and not even provide a direct way to contact you? Guess that makes total sense to frauds like yourself. I am disputing this charge as fraudulent with my bank and changing my debit cards. Never again will I go through this. No subscriptions, no online gifts, nothing.

Big scam

It is big scam. They only trap you with $2 offer, once you enter cc details, they rip you. They charged me without my authorization. No response to the email and guess what they want to have phone number on their website. This is pure scam to trap people with coupon/offer and rip. Stay away from them.

Scam

Read the fine print! Delivery takes 10-14 weeks. By the time you receive your first issue, the magazine is already old! In my case, i haven’t received anything at all. I have to call groupon and see if i can get a refund.

Typical Ripoff scam

We bought a Photography magazine through groupon fo my son for christmas. A12 month subscription. It is now Feb 19th we have not recieived anything. we have contacted groupon and they have tried to wash their hands of it. Don't bother wasting your money on this, or promises of cheap subscriptions. it simply isn't true. save yourself money and headaches. your better off going to the store or contacting the magazine company directly yourself.

Scammed by Blue Dolphin?

Purchased several magazine subscriptions through GroupOn using the BlueDolphin special deal. Received a couple of issues of some of the subscriptions and then they stopped. It has been two months. I emailed [email protected] and received a reply within 24 hours that I should receive magazines from both publishers within 30 days and that my subscriptions had been extended by 2 months. I will have to wait and see what happens.

Received a Invoice

I received an invoice for Reader's Digest. I did not order this magazine through Bluedolphin. I have never done business with Bluedolphin. The order number and member number they listed is not anything I have seen and not my current account number with Reader's Digest. Add to that the fact that the amount they are asking for is well over what I can get the annual subscription for. When there is no phone number listed and they do not appear in the BBB search you can bet this is a scam.

Magizines

My People magazine of March 18th, 2019 is missing pages 45, 46, 47, and page 48.
Can I get these pages or a New People Magazine?
I have not received any of my US Weekly magazines. They are one of my choices.
Why haven't I got any?

Renewed without my permission

I ordered the gift subscription six months ago, and today I have a charge on my credit card for renewal on this subscription. I did not order a renewal and did not authorize this charge. I also did not authorize Blue dolphin to keep my credit card information on file. Needless to say, I will not be buying anything through Blue dolphin ever again

scam

I ordered the 6 subscriptions for 2.00 per magazine. one of the magazines just got the first copy about 4 days ago(today is 9/11/19). I am all of a sudden getting an email saying they are going to charge me a renewal of the magazine by 9/21/19. I have only received 1 of the 13 magazines. Same on my womans day, I got 1 copy and no more. I will need to dispute this with my charge card and notify them that there is to be no charges permitted from blue dolphin and I will need to set up a password.

Hi Debora,

This is just a friendly reminder that your subscription to People will be renewed soon.

Renewing is easy. Your automatic renewal benefits remain in full effect, so you don’t have to do anything. In a few days, your credit card will be charged for your next term of service. But if you do not wish to renew, then you must cancel before 09/21/2019 to avoid being charged.

no issues

I ordered a magazine 15 weeks ago. Never received it and they don't answer on when I will receive an issue. Trying to cancel and get my money back. I keep getting emails offering $2 magazines. I told them I don't want the emails anymore since they don't deliver. Never order from them. Horrible company and horrible for groupon to even offer them.

Beware

So now after reading all these reviews, I'm very nervous of what this company is going to do. I agreed to a free digital subscription of a mag and then got a notice for another mag for only $2. Great I thought, until my credit card said they charged me twice. So I emailed about the error and was told they would cancel 1 or both however the $2 is non refundable which by the way does not state that anywhere. I replied, why would I order 2 of same mag and why their error would cost me? I threatened to go through my bank and they said they would do me a favor and cancel 1 of them and refund me the $2. (Do me a favor?) When I check their mag tracker, they have mags that show subscriptions at ridiculous prices and new renewal dates for items I haven't ordered. I did mine through Inbox Dollars as a special promo. Guess we all have to be careful of these so called "specials"
