Unauthorized Fees
Wow thats horrible customer service. But thats a good point. how would you know if you wife joined the service or not? were you there when she placed the order?

Scam and rip off!
This company - Blooms Today - out of nowhere - got my credit card number and I was billed for 3 identical orders at 4:47AM in the morning totaling nearly $400.00. I have never done business with this company - so exactly how this happened remains a task for my credit card company to chase down. I have had to cancel my credit card - get a new one - and update all of those who were authorized for automated monthly charges. What a giant PITA!
