I decided to use the services of this company, and everything seemed to be great in the beginning, but than i found out they are just giving you extra things to pay for during the work - things that you didn't have in your agreement. I'm not even sure if they pay legally and officially to the employees during the work, because as i understood for some of them it was even less the minimum wage. Anyways, it's not worth your time to deal with them, so don't bother doing it.

THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY MUCH SO A JOKE. I HAVE OWNED SEVERAL BUSINESS AND IM VERY BUSY AND PROFESSIONAL WITH ALL MY CUSTOMERS, SO I DECIDED TO WORK AS A CONTRACTOR FOR THESE PEOPLE. WOWWW!!! THEIR ATTITUDES ARE BAD, THEY TREAT YOU LIKE THEY OWN YOU. ACT LIKE THEIR WORK ALL COMES FIRST. ALL WHILE THEIR DISORGINIZED AND DISFUNCTIONAL. HAD ONE MANAER THEIR CALLING ME LEAVING ME VOICES MAILS DEMANDING WHY A PROPERTY WAS TWO DAYS OVER DUE FOR THEIR MISTAKE. I THEN TALK TO THE INDIVIDUAL AND SHE ACTED AS IF I WAS OWNED BY THEIR COMPANY AND DEMANDED ANDSWERS. I TOLD HER IF SHE WAS DOING HER JOB AND SPOKE TO HER PRIOR SHIFT MANAGER SHE WOULD KNOW WHY ITS TWO DAYS LATE. THEN THEY PAY 100.00 TO DO THEIR HPIR INSPECTION. I SPENT 4 HOURS TRYING TO CONTACT SOMONE TO LET ME INTO A CONDO BUILDING THAT THEY HAD NO CLUE IT HAD SECURITY DOORS TO ACCESS THIS CONDO. CALLED BLM-REO TO GET THEM TO CONTACT SOMONE AND THEY WERE CLUE LESS ON WHO TO CONTACT, THUS WHY THEIR PROPERTY WAS LATE GETTING DONE. I DONT WORK A BUSINESS TO WORK 8HRS ON THEIR PROJECT, PAY MY GAS AND INSURENCE TO MAKE 100.00 FOR THEIR MISTAKE AND HAVE THEIR UNINFORMED MANAGER CALLING ME TO REEM MY ASS FOR THIER MISTAKE. I LATER CALLED THEM BAK AFTER THEIR NASTY VOICE MESSAGE TO BE CALLED A PIECE OFF SHIT BY SOME MALE INDIVIDUALE WHO WOULD NOT STATE HIS NAME AND HUNG UP ON ME,,,,,, DONT FALL VISTUME TO THESE PEOPLE, YOU WILL BE PAID LESS THEN MINIMUM WAGE AFTER ALL THE WORK U DO FOR THEM PER HOUR.... THEN THEIR PRUVON SYSTEM HAS ALOT OF MISTAKES IN IT THAT NEED TO BE CORRECTED AND HAS U DOING WORK TWICE AND SOMETIMES THREE TIMES OVER TO GET THREW ONE WORK ORDER. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE... OBVIOUS THEIR RAN BUY PEOPLE WHO KNOW VERY LITTLE ABOUT MAKING A BUSINESS WORK OR HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS AND CONTRACTORS.

Subcontractor for BLM REO

I am the owner of DMV Property Preservation. My company contracted with BLM REO June 2015. It is now October 2015 and we have yet to be paid for any of the work we have done. We have been getting the run around when it comes to submitting invoices. We have been locked out of the system and told it would be fixed then, told something else. Over and over it has been the same thing and no one at BLM REO will take ownership. It is not even like the invoices are a lot but, as a small business every little bit helps.

I would say that if you are looking to break into the property preservation business, do not deal with this company. They will allow you to do all the work and then not pay you for any of it. Then, off to swindle the next small business owner trying to work hard to provide for their family.

Total Ripoff

They have the HUD contract, they make the rules up as they go along. Everything that needs to be done at the property is included in their base price. You will make much less than minimum wage after you deduct your costs. HUD should have a class action along with BLM for the fraudulent use of taxpayer dollars.

Major ripoff

I just started as a vendor for this comany a week ago and they have already staryed denying trip fees for a 130 mile round trip as well as treating vendors as if they are one of their own employees. The fees they pay per job are very low and very demanding for such low pay. They expect you to furnish locks for locations but not be reimbursed for them. Overall my worst experience as a business owner.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THESE GUYS, they have the HUD contract, but I'm hearing not for too much longer. AWFUL management, AWFUL support, PRICING SUCKS!!!! They give you a 3 page checklist of everything they want you to do on a property, $375.00 bucks to do everything. A JOKE!!!!

NO organization, they'll send you out to a property, and you'll bump Into another contractor who is there to do something different than you are. GEE, is it rocket science to send one company to do both things?? Maybe make the trip a little more profitable??

No idea what they are doing, NONE WHATSOEVER. Basically, think of a bunch of uneducated, construction people trying to run a business. Just not the sharpest tools in the shed, brightest bulb on the tree, however you want to say it. You will waste your time with these guys!!!!!

They lie, they cheat, they break the law. Prison time for some of them.
