unauthorized charges
This company overcharged me! They billed me after I canceled my membership and refused in a refund! They just keep ignoring my calls and emails! I will never recommend their services to anyone and I am so happy that I'm not their customer anymore!

avoid any business with them!
Avoid this gym, fraudulent and unfriendly services! Paid for their membership and paid for the six month in advance. Later I decided to move and I kindly asked them to cancel my membership and to return money for the two month membership I didn't use. They refused me in money back and even after I cancelled my membership, they charged my account one without a refund. Beware and avoid any business with them!

Dirty and dangerous place
This place is dirty and should be shut down! People that were advertised about this club and decided to sign up are all suferring now from infections that they caught there. The employees refuse to give any comments about it. And the manager is nowhere to be found!
People, don’t go there! Beware!

No hot water in showers
You can consider yourself lucky if you find hot water in showers. Talked to manager over an over again, with no sucess. E-mailed main office with no sucess. This started when Blast took over the gym.

poor attitude to their premium customers!
I've been their member for a long time. Everything was OK but for the last two months they broke all our relationships. They started to overcharge me extra and when i contacted them they explained it like they've changed our contract details according to tehir new terms and conditions. well I don't mind but why they didn't give me a notice???
I will never recommend this company to anyone!!!!

Have been a member for 24 years. Blast Fitness will not honor my lifetime contract.

unauthorized charges
I used to be their customer until I started to find unauthorized charges made by them. Nothing was improved after i contacted their support service and complained so I decided to cancel their services. I was not surprised when they overcharged me for this cancellation. Beware and better avoid this center!

Blast Fitness
I originally joined European Health Spa in 1973 with a lifetime membership. Since American, Holiday and Bally's have taken over and honored my original contract. Now Blast takes over and ignores my "lifetime contract".I'm sure that the other health clubs didn't honor my contract out of the goodness of their hearts. I think that a class action lawsuit may be in order. It seems like many others are being screwed by this unscrupulous company.
