I also am having the same problem, it logs me in but the second I click on something it logs me back out. I am furious!!! I paid my money to what I thought was a true dating site. Ugh, and I met a really cute guy the night before lol but SERIOUSLY I'M SO MAD. I wish there was something I could do to get my money back.

Seems that I should not use their service since I am experiencing problems without even purchasing yet!? Their credit card process boots me back out with a "your credit card has been declined" Yeah, sure. So, it was good for the other 10 places I used it today, but YOU ALL say its declined. Then (like an ass) I go to buy another visa card and THAT one was also declined. Seems like they place all these ads on TV for Match.com Christian Singles and this one/Blackpeoplemeet ALL by the same company, but they can't keep up with fixing whats wrong

I would call the Visa bank to verify that the card have funds and use this as a proof that their website wasn't functioning properly.
My issue with BlackPeoplemeet is that they suddenly removed my profile. My profile did not include any objectionable language notions or anything else that is negative.
My profile that they removed 2 days after I joined their services, was in perfect conformance to all their rules.
I spoke to their so called tech support person and he advised that they had no record that they removed my profile. He questioned the email that I got from them thinking it might be not from them!
BlackPeoplemeet tech support ask me to give him REMOTE ACCESS TO MY COMPUTER so that he would check the email I received! Of course, I refused and asked him to tell me the steps he want to perform and I'll perform them. He only asked me to verify the source of the email that notified me that my profile wasn't approved.
I asked him to restore my profile again he said he can't and asked me to call l1 800 827 6364...he said 'they can restore your profile'. It turned out that this number is AOL number!
I'll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Dallas soon. Will let you know what happens!

False advertisement
Blackpeoplemeet.com advertise 25% off at the price of $8.24 for six months. Took advantage of fhe deal to find out I was charged $53.45 instead. I am disputing the charges under false advertisement and doing a chargeback refuse to pay more than what they presented. I have also filed a complaint against the BBB as well. this is so not cool when you try to support and this is what you get scammed. Wow! I am really appalled by this. I will spread this scam throughout the media and encourage everyone that was scam from this company to do the same together we stand and divided we fall!

I'm in Disbelief
There was an advertisement for a 6month trial, discounted for only 3.00.. I thought to myself, cool, I'll give it a try. Step 1: Enter your debit card info.. Step 2: THANK YOU FOR YOUR PAYMENT OF 66.94!!!! WHAT THE HECK JUST HAPPENED? i'm beyond furious and cant wait until Monday morning.. Total disbelief over this foolishness.

There was an advertising of only $3 for six months j said to myself let me give it a try , they said enter you credit card information I did n next thing I know they charged me $65 I tried to cancel they took $32 more that's $97 I would like to get my money back plz call them they don't answer bullshit

Stolen money
On yesterday I was there was money taking from my credit card 57.60 . I never gave them the ok to take money from my credit card . This is the problem i have with black people meet. I ask the customer service to call my credit card company. They said no. I want to file a law suit.
