I have had more money taken from my account and they have been no help at refunding it
How does a company like this get access to the inner workings of my computer? He sounded like he was officially sanctioned by Microsoft. I am illiterate about computers so I was a good target for this. I charged on my credit card, he said that it was better to pay by card and not write a check. The charge was $119 for a 2 year coverage plan.The contact info on the receipt - I could not access- no such contact listed. So now, how do I get my $119 returned.
The man I spoke to on the phone had such a thick accent that I kept asking him to repeat. Then he sounded exasperated with me for not understanding him.
In the past few days I have been getting messages from Malwarebytes Anti-Malware notifying me that my free trial has expired. It goes on to say that I have 3 options- Purchase, Register, or End trial. I have no idea what Malwarebytes is and have no recollection of signing up for a free trial. Is this connected with this company PC Support & Fix?
