Absolutely! Sign me up for the class action lawsuit! I wish I would have found this before signing up. There is no link for me to access to cancel except open a claim ticket for which no one responds to me. This is going to be a nightmare, I can tell. I'm going to try the phone numbers shown on here and see if I get anywhere. Otherwise, the only good thing I can say about Bank of America, they're really good about about ending this kind of cycle. Thanks for your help guys!

Not getting merchandise
I would like to be part of this. Spent thousands of dollars to get nothing but excuses as to why they weren't sending out my gift cards. My CC would not get my money back.

s one of the people that BidSauce ripped off back in 2010. I spent a lot of money trying to buy Christmas presents for my family. I won many auctions and some things were shipped but 90% of the gift cards I won were never shipped to me. I wrote and called them so many times I got sick of hearing their voices. The answer was always the same. The contractor we purchase these from ripped us off and we are trying to reach a settlement with them. It should be resolved in the next couple of weeks. Or another one I was told over and over is we just resolved the matter and should start shipping those within the next week. Then it finally got to a point after about 15 to 18 months of calling once or twice a month, I think they must have started screening calls because they never answered when I called and of course never returned any of my calls. These people should be stopped. They have ripped off countless people of their hard earned money and don't have the decency to even talk to us.
