REGARDING SERVICES

Dear Sir,

I have transferred my connection form udiapur(rajasthan) to new delhi, When i submitted my connection it has take huge time, till 4-7 days they keeps on telling me some or other formality, at last on 3/8/2011 i got my connection form ashok nagar branch. On same day i enquired for second cylinder on same connection, they told me come after 3 months since nov. 2011 i am keep on asking and equiring about the same but got the same resoponse come after this month Plz look into the matter. even with one cylinder the delivery will be 6-10 days after booking.

Plz look into the matter so we can get services properly

CYLINDER BOOKING&DELIVERY

MY GAS AGENCIES NAME IS ESS ENTERPRISES LOCATED IN NEHRU BIHAR, NEW DELHI AND TELEPHONE NUMBER IS 23814025. MY CONSUMER NUMBER IS 11771. I HAVE BOOKED GAS CYLINDER FOR DELIVERY ON 26 DEC 2011. BUT GAS CYLINDER IS NOT DELIVERED BY THE AGENCIES TILL DATE. WHILE IN SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER 2011, GAS BOOKING AND DELIVERY WAS MADE BY THE AGENCIES AGAINST MY CONSUMER NUMBER 11771 WITHOUT MY KNOLEDGE TO UNKNOWN PEERSON/CONSUMER WITHIN 24 FOUR HRS. YOU ARE REQUESTED TO INVESTIGATE THE MATTER AND REMEDIAL PLEASE.

Delay of submit cylinder of refilling

I Ramesh Chand Aggarwal R/o B52/1, E.O.K., N.D.16, Consumer No. is 183809 have lodged complaint against Sachin Gas Service, 4/51, Old Double Storey, Lajpat Nagar-IV, N.D., at police station & through customer care on phone dtd.19.01.2012 & my complaint no. is 2011. Please take necessary action against the Agency and inform accordingly. Your early action in the matter will be highly appreciated.

Delivery of cylinders with not sealed properly

I HAD YET NOT RECEIVED THE CYCLINDER. AND ALSO THEY DID NOT PICK THE CALL.IF THEY ATTAEND THE CALL NOT GIVE RESPONSIBLE ANSWER AND BEHAVE VERY RUDELY. PLEASE SOLVE THE PROBLEMS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Delay in the delivery of cylinder!

RESHAM CONSUMER NO. 20708 M/S VISHNU GAS SERVICE BRIJ VIHAR GHAZIA BAD (UP). THAT AGENCIES HAS VERY POOR SERVICES OF GAS SUPPLY. THEY SO LATE 07- 12 DAY. WE HAVE FACE 2 HALF YEAR REGULARLY. WE HAVE BOOK THE GAS 3RD MARCH BY MAIL. BOOKING NO. 423. TILL TODAY N'T RECIVE THE CYLENDER. THERE NOBODY WRITE THE COMPLAIN. PL. TAKE HARD & FAST ACTION AGAINST THE DEALAR. THANKS

Black selling

I am member of bharat gas residing at badlapur. Ajinkya gas service of badlapur always kept telephone of three line busy by keeping the receiver a side. We have to wait hours by continuing dailing the phone pl take action . K Siddhartha

for new connection of Bharat Gas

Dear sir,
Gas agency address, Kitchen care Shakarpur, S 537 School Block delhi-92.
sir, i went above said address Dt.on 12.10.12, for new connection but the employee of the above said agency shown very rude behavior. he said this time is new connection is closed and he did not tell further information about the new connection. i asked further query about the LPG Stoves/burner gas stove is compulsory along with new connection they said yes is compulsory. Sir plz reply what should i do for new connection

Position of Booking & Delivery of cyl (subsidised)

Respected sir,

I have moved out of Bangalore in July 2012 and surrendered my gas connection with extra cylinder on 15th Oct 2012, I had not booked any cylinders between July to October 2013. My consumer Number is 18186 and it is serviced by Shravan Gas Services, RT Nagar, Bangalore. After taking delivery of new connection at Hyderabad I am surprised to observe on Termination vourcher that 2 subsidised cylinders are issued to me. My request is that cylinder booking will not be accepted within 21 days after the last date of delivery, and from booking date to delivery minimum 10 days are taken, in such case within 32 days (ie., implementation of subsidised cylinders policy 14-09-2012 to my surrender date of 15-10-2012) how 2 cyliders are issued in my name.

Please provide me the details of bookings and also delivery of cylders with my acknowledgement on the receipt issued by this distributor, for which I will be thankful to Bharat gas authorities.
