sometimes it is not your fault
Life isn't "fair" Angela. We are set up to failfrom the beginning. We are born only to die. if I wer an employer or in management, I wouldn't keep someone on the payroll I didn't like either, it is not conducive to a healthy, harmonious work environment/ Why would or should anyone have to work with someone thet didn't like if they don't have too? I hope you find a good career fitin the coming year.

you are correct, but if you are hired they might have like you at frist, and then they might change there mind, I think everyone should be given a chance, and you are correct if it is not working out you both should call it quit, but give me a fighting chance, as give me the right tools for the job, and instruct me to use them correctly, do not show me one way and then say later oh that is not the right way, as it is a way to fail, as you become unsure what exactly is expected of you.
