Fraud and scam
The leads are expensive but they are great leads. 30% is easy with these leads (I do at least 40%)
They did make clear to me that I need provide notice before stopping the leads for any length of time.

bad leads
These guys are scammers, they scam people selling fake leads in insurance industry. The leads they sell are completely useless and are extremely expensive. Most of the contacts they'll give you won't even speak English. The leads are never replaced despite the promises.
