Bella Terra Cosmetics

Barton creek mall next to Victoria secret inside , United States, Texas, Austin

Rude customer service/SCAM

I recently went to the Barton creek ball to do some holiday shopping. Usually I'm approached by the adamnat men at the Bella terra stand but today I was approached by a middle eastern BEAUTIFUL colored woman. She seemed very nice and was telling me about herself. At first the customer engagement was wonderful as if she really cared about my needs and wants. This is where things got bad. She never asked if she could put the makeup on me. She applied to the left side of my face. Yes it was beautiful the outcome but I repeatedly told her I didn't get paid until tomorrow. She said because I work in the mall she would give me 20% discount and charge me 79 for a BB cream and 2 brushes! 79 for that? I would if it was LancĂ´me or a high end brand!! She then was so RUDE to me and ignored me when I said I can't purchase it then looked the other way. How rude is that. I had to ask her two times for a makeup remover and she was so snippy and mean to me! NEVER again will I be even taking a flyer from them or even recommend them to anyone.

Rude Employee

Pretty much had the same experience as the other poster. Pretty sure it was the same lady as well. She was very nice at the beginning, I wasn't interested but was going to take the flyer because I don't want to ignore people and I know it's their job (this is where I messed up). As she handed me the flyer, she took it back and said let me write my name on it before I give it to you, she then pretended her pen was out of ink and walked back to the station to " get another one". As she walked she said let me give you a free sample. I said I'm not interested and then she insisted that it would only be on my hand. Now at this point I would usually leave but her manager was watching and I didn't want her to get in trouble so I said a quick swatch. She then proceeded to apply make directly on my face without asking. At this point I was pretty pissed off because that's not what I agreed to. She finished the BB cream and was about to apply the blush. I stopped her and told her to let me look in the mirror, the said it's very pretty but I have a brand new foundation at home, not interested in buying make up. Then she cut me off and insisted that I let her talk about the products, when I said I know the brand, I know it's good I'm just not purchasing make up today, maybe when I'm out of foundation. The she set the make up down aggressively and said next time then. She didn't offer a make up wipe or to at least even out my face. Had to go to the bathroom and wash my face. I walked past her again, and she tried to flag me down again. Was very close to complaining to her manager, the only reason I didn't is because he's probably the one who came up with the scammg tricks. DONT LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AND DONT PUT THINGS ON THEIR FACE WITHOUT PERMISSION.
