useless services
Send them my laptop for a repair and they returned it to me with the same problem. They refused me to refund money saying that they did all services I asked and there were no problems. This company is just a shameless scam! Never ever use their services!

Did not return the pc!
Had a terrible experience with this company. they had to fix my pc, but after they shipped it back to the wrong address! I will file a case against this company! It is almost stealing!

Cell scam
I bought cell phone insurance from my verizon dealer but it turned out that the insurance company was BWG. a year later I lost my phone. It took a few weeks to track down this company since verizon stopped doing business with them. When I did I I was told I needed a police affidavit and once I got that to them they called me to replace my phone but then stopped and said since It had been lost more than ten days before I reported it lost to them they would not honor their agreement. After repeated calls to them and a lot of help from the verizon customer service trying to prove I had reported it lost to verizon I gave up and just bought a used phone on line. So much for $200 of insurance premium. I will make I never buy a warranty from this company again for any thing!
