repair ripp-off

This is a abusive and unfair company. I also had problems in September 2011 in Italy. They are now charging me in 150 euros for "handling fees" on some alleged fines. I never receive any copies of such fines even though I insisted with them. Besides according to them this amount of money (which surpasses the value of the rental) will not pay the fines. According to them I still own the government. It is outrageous!!!
