I recieved a bill from procollect which i do not understand
Auto Care Super Saver promotes for various auto repair shops throughout the country. If you've ever purchased one of their coupon cards they will send you to collections for NSF. They did it to me. I called the number on the back of the card and paid over the phone. They took me out of collections and didn't charge me the fees. If you didn't buy one then I don't know.

They won't sign me up for the last car oil change
I have been trying to use my super saver card for the last time, and I’ve been calling them for two weeks. The card expires in 3 days, and I’ve been told many times that they will call me back. I’m not so sure anymore!
