SCAM
Bad idea to ever take your car down to Auto Appraisal Group! Bad bad customer service, and really bad mechanics! I needed to repair my car, as it is slightly old now, and had to be given a check up and needed to be fixed. They took off some details, and never put them back! And made me pay $500.00!!
Do not take your car there! It is a scam!

Scam and total fraud!
Scam and total fraud! I would stay away from Auto Appraisal Group if I were you! That is before I ever went there myself without knowing who they really are. I have became a victim and I want justice!

waste of time
It is a waste of time if you will go to Auto Appraisal Group! I have been there myself, and it wasn't a good experience! Do not trust them when they tell you the first price for the repair. It will always grow, and they will come up with all sorts of things to make you believe it is so. Only, if you are not a mechanic yourself.
You have been warned! Stay away from these frauds!

awful company
What an awful company! I have been looking for a service to take my car to, my friend suggested I visit this Auto Appraisal Group he heard of, but never been there himself. I gave it a try, and I wasn't happy with it!
They left a scratch on the side of the car, said it wasn't their fault. And also made me pay $500.00 for nothing! I am very unhappy and I am going to start legal action against them!

Whatever you do – do not go to Auto Appraisal Group! It is a scam! The employees are as dumb as bugs, maybe even dumber! They did not know how to change the oil correctly. I was already worried as to where I have taken my car to. After three days of doing something they called me up and said that their mechanic is sick and I should take my car. They never did anything! And I don't think the mechanic was actually sick. Good thing they didn't make me pay. But I did waste my time with them! Bad service!

never seen such unprofessional staff
In all my years I have never seen such unprofessional staff as it is at Auto Appraisal Group. Very rude, and do not seem to know their job. I am a way better mechanic than they are, and it is just a hobby for me.
Stay away from them! It is a total rip off!

Didn't fix my car
I have been to the Auto Appraisal Group a few months ago. When they had the car they told me that there are engine problems which needed to be fixed right away. Of course I trusted them, paid the sum that they asked me to, and I took my car back after two weeks. Now, as it was discovered at another service – there were no engine problems that could have been fixed over three months ago. And it was actually damaged, which needed (another?) repair.
Auto Appraisal Group has fooled me, and lied to me, to get my money! Stay away from these scammers!

What am I suppose to do and whom should I call if I have a problem with a company who owes me money?
I am talking about Auto Appraisal Group. They are disgusting and lying people whom I am never going to trust again. I have been ripped off, and the money was never refunded to me. I am very angry and I am not going to let it go!

Bunch of liars
Auto Appraisal Group are a bunch of liars. They have a good business run for many years, and no one seems to be stopping there. Although, there are a lot of complaints, no one is taking action.
That is really upsetting that fraudulent companies keep on operating after many and many scams they did. What a shame!

This is unacceptable! I am not going to let Auto Appraisal Group keep at it when they are fooling everyone who comes there. Including myself! I have found out that they have been ripping me off, when I took my car to another service, and where I've been told that nothing had been done from what the Auto Appraisal Group guys have been telling me. Large bill!
I have received a large bill for the repair at Auto Appraisal Group. I have not asked them to do all the things at once to my car, I just needed an oil change! That is not acceptable! I am going to file a complaint!

Tried to fool me
I have been a mechanic for 30 years, but I am retired now. I needed to fix my car, as I am old, and do not have the strength to do it myself anymore. I took it to the nearest service called Auto Appraisal Group. It was apparent to me that the young man that works there and whom I was handing my car to didn't quite understood me when I started to talk about the problem. I didn't want to argue, but this place was a total scam, as when I asked him “Can this be fixed?” He told me “Of course, no problem”.
I took my car and went away, as I knew that they are probably going to ruin my car anyway.
Don't go there.

Was not satisfied
So a month ago I went to Auto Appraisal Group, and I was not left satisfied! Needless to say, I have also been ripped off for that! They were very rude when I called them the next day after taking the car back saying that the problem is still there.
No refund was ever made. I am filling a case next week! This is a total scam!

Do not go to Auto Appraisal Group! It is a big scam! I have taken my car there once, and I ain't never coming back. I have told them that the car is making strange noises when I let go of the clutch. They told me that they are going to take a look, and said they will call me. I have received a call the next day, and the guy told me that there is not problem that they could find. When I got there to take back the car, I have been given a bill for $200.00! What is this for?? They did nothing! It is a complete scam!
