They messed my car!

I used Audio Express to install a sub-woofer in my car. The company claimed they had a great deal of experience, but their work caused gas leaking from my car. I called Audio Express as soon as I found this out and they suggested me find a truck to take the car in. They offered no assistance. Then I managed to contact their regional manager and claims adjuster - a week after the incident. Those people were of no help either. I have to pay for a rent car now and I don't know what to do with the problem. Audio Express do not care.
