fake advertisement

This company send me a letter when they offered me to reply for my extended warranty through their services. I found this offer worthful and I made a contract with them which was huge mistake. The main problem was that company never provided me their services, money which I've paid were charged but no services were provided.
It seems also that they don't care of their customers and can't provide adequate customer support service.
Beware and better stay away from them!
