I'm the sad loser when you blatantly joined this site in order to insult me? Hmm.
Add to that that you're bringing up an issue from almost 4 months ago is further evidence that you are, in fact, the pathetic one.

And as a side note - Aspect later refunded my money and admitted that they had acted unprofessionally. Seems I wasn't so in the wrong... And furthermore on many other websites there have been people saying exactly the same thing about this company. Now maybe rather than continuing the attacks on my person you should go back to what this site is about - complaining about companies' behaviours rather than anonymous internet strangers.

It became clear to me that this company is bad. This allow rouge traders to operate under their franchise. Quality of work is so poor. Still chasing the payment they decide to add on.Although I still having the leaky balcony done 8months ago still leaking. they blame on you for every opportunity they have. One of the previous worker informed me that reviews on many sites done by people from the office keep the rate higher by pretending they are satisfied customer.
In the end I hired chartered surveyor for independent survey report to proved they done job substandard and he can not believe it I had to go through very stressful time and they blame me for the job they had done so poorly.
This is organised con take advantage of customers. I think this will catch up with them soon. So many unhappy customers complain about it.
