Bad customer support

Please note that we also encourage you to post your review on hosting specific sites where we have one of the highest ratings out of all shared hosting providers. On such sites, you can provide your website and have the rating site properly verify you as a customer so not only will potential customers know the review is real but also allow us to follow up with your issues quicker.
