Highly Professional Scam Artists
The red flag for me was the attitude of the coaching department's insistance about purchasing an e-book from eBay and then reselling it. I tried pulling up the book and couldn't. When I questioned him about selling an inanimate object his replay was, "I don't care if you can read it, just sell it - I've done it a thousand times" . I was only with them for 2 sessions and was so frustrated I decided to seek out what kind of clowns these were. First, I cannot find a listing under the BBB. I tried Applyki.com, Your eCommerce Support and even the Coaching Department. Nothing. I then went to the Secretary of State of Utah for a business license. Nothing. I then mapped their address and it seems they have a store front post office. I finally decided to go online and so all these scams they are pulling.
I immediately called my credit card company and they are going to dispute the fee they charged me. Since it was only 2 weeks, I am hoping they have luck. I also blocked them from my account. Who knows what these clowns will do. I then sent them by email (they have many) and told them they are running a sham and that I wanted out of the program and sent them a certified letter.
Thank you for the information onf Utah Consumer Protection Agency and the FTC. I'll be contacting them next.

I agree totally - these people are scam artists. I was scammed out of $32, 000.00, my credit has been ruined, the credit card companies will not refund the money because I signed a contract - which I received nothing for. I wanted to be able to work from home, but that was a big joke. My coach was rude and told me I had to work harder to find something to sell that was not already glutting the market. That was a big joke and I should never have signed anything. I was blamed for signing the contracts when I wanted out. They said because I did not cancel within the 3 days that there was nothing that I could do, this was also said by the subsidiaries that basically forced me into buying their products which I received nothing for. I have been unemployed now for 2 years, my credit is ruined, I may lose my home and at times I have been suicidal. Thank you for listening
