Incompetent Staff, Unfair Policies at Service Center

Ngiiihh! I changed my mind. I though considering buying their new model of ref HR10BFSX, bottom freezer, ganda sana but it seems magkakaproblema lang ako. That's why I kept on looking the consumer reviews of their products, but I rarely see one. Maybe because, hindi naman talaga mabili. Thanks for your commensts as it spared me from the future problems I may encountered in this product.
