Alex Scroppo
......just noticed a complain about Alex Scroppo on this and other sites. It seemed a bit harsh at first, but then, where there is smoke there is fire!!
I used to work in Sales (1 level below Alex) and reported to VP Sales. Alex stiffed me for $2000 bonus that I legally deserved; he manipulated HR to hold back my bonus because we did not win the business. The reason we didn't win the business was because his factory costs were very high, which he constantly denied. My manager was too weak to defend me and he was trying to save his own job.
Even though I did not report directly to Alex, but heard from the grapevine that he made a comment at a party that all Muslims and Jews in the Middle East should be annihilated with nukes. Wow! Again, I did not hear this direct from Alex, but it was from a reliable source.
He hates customers and called them names if he did not get it his way......'Cisco is piece of crap'.......'Tellabs is bunch of A**holes'....'AMAT are money hungry bloodsuckers'.....I might be paraphrasing, but you get the drift….
Definitely the wrong guy to be running the division....he lacks basic skills to foster customer relationship to grow the business.

arrogant prick. doesn't treat people with respect though has become mild after his internet bashing 2 yr ago. i worked in his MX division and he denied basic benefits that were available to peers outside the divison, such as car buyout. thinks he owns the company. pandejo!
