Too worst network in our locality,nd poor service by the customer care

I am using an Airtel post paid connection from KOLKATA, HOWRAH A C MARKET by the No. 9831178711, almost more than 1.5 year back I had called the customer care and registered the complaint regarding network coverage and there was no response from the company for next 3 months I used to call every day & every time I was assured that the network problem will be resolved in next week...and that never happened. I had visited the Airtel office for more than 50 times and lastly for fighting for long months some of the Airtel executive visited the residence and checked and found that there was seriously no network and has got some serious network issues to be addressed.

i spoke to the nodal officer in howrah who had assured me that the complaint will be resolved in next couple of months but till date no solution has come out...
Till date there is no progress on the same & I have been following up on the same on a continuous basis. Every time I get an answer that the complaint will be escalated to the technical department. Now I wonder that is there any technical department in the Airtel office??
foe this my bills are also rissing high day by day, inspite of giving a written cmplain still no actions have be taken...i have submitted several nos. as said by your nodal ofiicer whos facing netwrk issues bt still no actions, ur netwrk team visted ma residence mre den 3 times still nthng has been done yt...hope for a solution as soon as possible from ur side...
I am complaining in the forum against the activities of the service provider Airtel, for the unethical practise of the service provider.

I have an AIR TEL prepaid mobile connection. Last 3year few months it was not used.
When I tried to use all the balance was deducted by Air tel and SIM deactivated.
Recently I have activated, recharged and started using it regularly. When the balance was 36/-requested for deactivation my no 9989586600.please help me, I Want my no sir

Sir,
I am using airtel prepaid my balance has been deducted twice Rs.55 for mp3fulsong 7/1/2012 and Rs.9 for same reason on 21/1/2012 where i have not requsted for such services.
I called customer care on 121 he replied that i had given the request, but I didn't. How to stop this type of deduction ?
Please help me out.

you should submit complain against airtel to complaints board.com as well as u contect to airtelpresence.com and wait for action, it is usually solved...

unnecessary messages

Though i went to airtel office ,near south overbridge ernakulam and complained about the useless messages iam getting,it has started getting again especially from AL OIART & AL-OIMOVI,message is some numbers only. it comes many times a day.and also getting some news which i have deactivated before.. I do not want to get any unnecessary messages,please do the needful at your earliest.
