Bad Service - no response idiotic service helpline
I am to request to transfer our landlines no (0755-4002091) the custom office it did not response
I complained at 121 got confirmation that it will be adjusted by 17 DEC 2011 : -

sir,
my airtel fixed line no.01147504479 bill for rs.1072.00 which is due for payment on 28.01.2012 till date i have not received
your paper bill, so i request you to kindly send the bill physically to me to make the payment. in time. i have also not received
the bill for the month on november, 2011 by hook or crook i made payment through on line of my friend. if i will not recd.the bill in time
i am sorry i will not pay the bill and late charges should not be add, if possible you send me the bill for the month of nov.2011
this is 2nd time happen from you office/courier.
like this bill will be send late, than i am sorry to continue the services of your good/prestigious airtel company.
hope to hear soon and send the reply on my cell no.9811965354.
