good morning! i booked this morning manila-cotabato trip for tomorrow nov.2..this is my reference no 11011200039721.how can i get my iterenary receipt..i already called at airphil hotline thru 855 9000 but instead they refer us to this onlinesupport..i already paid this thru 7/11 this is my ref no.DE920B7CFAF5 amounting P3127..can you please help me give my iterenary receipt thank you.Godbless

senior citizen discount on their tickets

Good day I am Mrs Victoria Artates last Dec 5, 2012 I booked 9 persons 8 adults and 1 child manila zamboanga manila on 16-19 Feb 2013 under reservation code: BUECRH and paid thru credit card 2 days after I realized that I have 4 senior citizens traveling with me so I called up 855-9000 and I talked to a lady and told them my problem she advice me to check in earlier to facilitate the senior citizen discount but I told her if that is the case it will hamper our flight so I asked the lady if I can settle this earlier because I used to pay our trip thru card the lady said yes and she gave me the locations of your ticketing outlet and the nearest to me is in padre faura so we went to padre faura dec 13, 2012 to settle the problem but a lady assign in the ticketing counter at padre faura told us that my claim cannot be settled anymore because it was already charge in my credit card so she gave me your web site [email protected] in order to air my complaint because I cannot open your site this day dec 18, 2012 I called up again 855-9000 I talked with elaine and told me to be patient may be many are accessing your web site and I got thru your site the senior citizens who will travel with me are: Mr Avelino P Artates, Miss Perlita P Artates, Miss Aida P Artates and Mrs Angelita DC Matawaran. I hoped and I prayed that my complaint/request will be granted. Thank very much for your kind consideration. Waiting for your reply.

Nonrefundable promo airfare
I was booked from Mla to dumaguete dated Apr. 9-13, 2013 with Airphil Express Reservation Code KURBDR. It was a promo and I availed it last Jan. 29 to save. Secondly, II was so excited to travel to said place coz its my first time to go there. But unfortunately, my son had a secret plan that i do not know. Only lately, he told me that he is going to get a civil wed on April 10, 2013 and it was the wedding schedule they had been arranged. So, I had no choice but to cancel my flight schedule. In this regard, can you give us consideration on this matter since it was stated in my ticket that it was nonrefundable. Thank you and look forward for your positive response.
