A-1 Parts Shop wouldn't replace the corrupt product

I purchased an AC compressor from A-1 Parts Shop and it didn’t work. When I called them they said they would give me a new one. So I took the AC compressor back and waited for the replacement. Every Saturday during the last 2 months I called them and drove for more than 45 minutes and was told to come back next Saturday. When I called them the last time they thought I was a new customer and offered to get me an AC compressor. And then they discovered who I was and said they could offer only the store credit.
Worst business experience ever!!! Don’t buy from A-1 Parts Shop.
