But it's still the same old scam operated by Fred Siller (aka Frederico Gustavo) and his wife Lorena Ortiz Burns Stiekman Siller (aka Lorena Kay). They attempt to recruit you as an agent affiliate who sells cut rate medical services to patients in hospitals in Panama and Colombia. They charge you $595 for all the training materials but provide no real leads to patients or doctors because the don't work in the medical field, they never did.
