Although the flowers that were delivered to my girlfriend look very beautiful from the photos she sent me, I wanted to let you know that my order was missing the note card telling her who the flowers were from. That kind of took the pleasure out of receiving the flowers because she had to ask me if I had sent them. The order was also missing the upgrade of additional tulips that 1800flowers promised in compensation for not delivering the flowers on the day when they were originally promised.

You folks should probably look into figuring out how to be more consistent and dependable, as my experience has made me less-than-eager to place another order. Which is sad, because my girlfriend seems to really like surprise flowers

THE FLOWERS WERE NOT DELIVERED AS PROMISED AND THE DELIVERY COMPANY DOES NOT DELIVER ON THE WEEKEND AND THE FLOWERS WERE ALL READY SHIPPED
NOT PLEASED ONE BIT AND THE FLOWERS WILL NOT BE AS FRESH AS PROMISED AND THE DELIVER WAS NOT AS PROMISED FOR MY NIECE'S SPECIAL 18 TH BIRTHDAY.
THIS WAS NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL ESPECIALLY THAT I USED YOUR COMPANY MANY TIMES
